Severe Weather
Our home daycare will be closed during inclement weather when the Fairfax County Government Offices are
closed. The Update of closing will be posted on Banzon Family Childcare Facebook page and will be sending all the
parents a text message approximately 6:30am or earlier on the day of closing.
Provider’s Personal/Sick Days
As strong as our immune system has become over the years, we unfortunately still get sick from time to time. Because of
this we allot ourselves ten (10) days per year. We also use these days for our continuing education classes (CPR, Pediatric
First Aid and other mandatory trainings that falls on weekdays) in order to keep our childcare license in good standing. Of
course, we will give you as much of an advance notice as possible.
NOTE:
Parents are responsible for finding back-up care for their children during provider’s vacations, holidays, and
personal/sick days resulting in the daycare closing.
If the daycare is closed because of Federal Holiday and inclement Weather the weekly payment is still due in full; and
NO payment is due if the daycare is closed due to Provider’s Personal/Sick days.
